1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the BizJunket Gifting website, quotations, proposals and orders. “BizJunket”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BizJunket Gifting. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person or organisation requesting or purchasing our products or services.

By approving a quotation, paying an advance, confirming an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and any order-specific terms stated in the applicable quotation.

2. Quotations and Order Confirmation

• Quotations are based on the products, quantities, branding, packaging, delivery locations and timelines shared by the customer.
• Unless stated otherwise, quotations remain valid for 15 days and are subject to stock and production capacity.
• An order is confirmed only after written approval and receipt of the required advance payment.
• Changes to quantity, product, branding, packaging, address or timeline may change the price and delivery date.
• We may decline an order involving unlawful, infringing, offensive or technically unsuitable content.

3. Artwork, Branding and Approval

You are responsible for supplying accurate, production-ready logos, names, artwork, colours and text, and for confirming that you have permission to use them.

Digital mockups are visual guides and may not exactly reproduce physical size, texture or colour. Production begins after your approval. The customer is responsible for checking spelling, placement, colours, quantities and recipient details before approval.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise.
• GST, delivery, special packaging, individual-address shipping and other charges will be shown in the quotation where applicable.
• Payment milestones will be stated in the quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, production starts after the advance is received and the balance is due before dispatch.
• Delayed payment may pause production or delivery and may result in a revised timeline.

5. Products and Reasonable Variations

Corporate gifts are sourced and customised in batches. Minor variations in colour, material, dimensions, print position, packaging or finish may occur between samples, mockups and final units. Such commercially reasonable variations do not constitute defects.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will discuss a comparable substitute with you before proceeding.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates beginning after final approval, advance payment and receipt of complete delivery information. We aim to meet agreed timelines, but courier delays, weather, transport disruption, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability and events outside our control may affect delivery.

You must provide accurate addresses and recipient contact details. Re-delivery, address correction, storage or return-to-origin charges may be billed separately. Risk in the goods passes to the customer or recipient upon delivery.

7. Inspection, Damage and Shortage Claims

Please inspect orders promptly. Claims for transit damage, manufacturing defects, missing units or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, quantities and clear photographs or video.

After review, our remedy may include repair, replacement, credit or refund for the affected units. Normal variations, approved artwork, recipient preference or damage after delivery are not defects.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Before production starts, we may refund amounts received after deducting design, sampling, procurement, payment-processing and other costs already incurred.

Once procurement, branding or production has started, customised orders cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded. Unbranded products may be returnable only where expressly agreed in writing and returned unused in original condition.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your logos and supplied artwork. You grant us a limited right to use them solely to prepare proposals and fulfil your order. BizJunket retains ownership of its website, original designs, layouts, photographs, proposal formats and other materials unless agreed otherwise.

We will not publicly feature customer branding or completed work without permission where such permission is required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BizJunket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, business interruption or reputational loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport interruption, government action, supplier failure, power or network outages, or civil disturbance. We will communicate material delays and seek a reasonable alternative.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through written discussion. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when an order is confirmed will apply to that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
